Suzhou Hi-liang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer and exporter in China for more than 20 years. Our headquarter is located in Suzhou City, Jiangsu province, w2222hich is about 30 minutes away from Shanghai by High Speed Train. 

We have two brands, HiLiang and Xindy. HiLiang is brand of electric bikes, and Xindy is brand of electric motorcycles. Presently, we have TWO factories in Changzhou, Jiangsu province and Linhai, Zhejiang province to produce electric bicycles & electric scooters and electric motorcycles separately with well-equipped testing equipment and strong technical force.

HiLiang 's design idea is from the simple modern urban style, with five features that contains safety, smart, modern, sport and convenience. As the environmental pollution and traffic jam becoming increasingly serious issues today, we believe that the green and convenient travel will be our common ideal pursuit.
